£10 entry includes food and a welcome drink (wine, beer and soft drinks also available). All proceeds to our hall fund.

Headley Village Hall and Stores were built and given to the village in 1903 and have been owned through a charity since 1919. In recent years the hall has been extensively renovated and offers an excellent venue for meetings, classes and social events.

Located near Epsom, Ashtead and Leatherhead, Headley Village Hall is in a picturesque setting, overlooking open fields in the Surrey Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty with many pleasant walks. The hall is conveniently situated adjacent to the village stores - with its highly rated tea rooms - and the village pub, The Cock Inn. Catering may be organised through the tea rooms, if desired.

The hall size is 30’ x 19’ (9.2m x 5.8m) and has seating capacity for 60 people. Upholstered dining chairs and 10 tables are supplied.  The kitchen has a double oven, microwave and high-capacity larder fridge that can cater for a wide range of social events, from refreshments serving small classes to full-scale meals. Wi-fi and car parking are available. Those wishing to have disabled access to the hall should contact us in advance by e-mail. 

Access to the rear garden - with a range of outdoor seating and tables - can be provided for a small surcharge.
Hire rates for the hall compare favourably with other local venues. The rates per session from 1st March 2026 are:
Weekday Session 9am - 1pm 1pm - 5pm 7pm - 11pm
Monday to Thursday £45 £45 £55
Friday £45 £45 £75
Weekend Session 9am - 1pm 2pm - 6pm 7pm - 11pm
Saturday or Sunday £60 £70 £85

A security deposit of £60 (£100 for evening sessions Fri-Sun) also applies. A 10% discount is available for Headley residents or for block bookings of 8 or more sessions. For social events we only accept bookings from hirers living within a four mile radius of the hall.
